We printed the Broiled Tilapia w/Red Curry, Peppers & Plantain recipe. Cod was the fish of the day (on hand in freezer) and plantains were a new adventure. The dish looked as if it came from a gourmet restaurant and the taste was outstanding. We have since tried other meats, ie: red curry & pork stir fry & also with chicken. Can hardly wait to get into some of the other flavors.

Grilled Mango Tilapia
This was a FANTASTIC lunch! Light, full of protein and very healthy. Actually it is virtually FAT FREE. We grilled 2 Tilapia fillets, topped with CurrySimple's Mango Sauce, peppers and garnished with pineapple.
