Shrimp Panang Curry Recipe with a touch of peanut butter!
Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 9:12PM This might be our most popular red curry sauce recipe to date! The feedback we have had has been out of this world. We added a touch of peanut butter to the red curry sauce and just watched it infuse. You can use either smooth or chunky. I have not tried it with chunky peanut butter as of yet but if you do please comment on this post or video and let us know how it is. I am sure it will be a dinner party favorite. The addition of fresh basil give it a wonderful taste that will not be forgotten. Enjoy and enjoy often!
