This is an easy and tasty solution to your turkey leftovers. We cooked up a yellow curry sauce with veggies and added the cooked turkey at the end. You can substitute the yellow curry for any of the other curry sauces. We just used some leftover fresh veggies that were in the refrigerator. A great way to clear out the fridge!
