Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 8:53PM Jumbo sea scallops are like mini filet mignon's of the ocean. They are generally a very expensive entree when served at local restaurants. Why not cook it at home? This recipe uses our Massaman Curry Sauce but would also be excellent with spicier flavors such as red curry and green curry. Make sure you do not overcook the scallops! Other than that this recipe is super easy and will be ready quickly. Looking for a luxury meal after a hard days work? This is it!

We LOVE when customers blog about us! It feels so good to see the wonderful comments and great recipes people post for others to see.
In "Maggie's Random Food Thoughts" Maggie writes about her experience with CurrySimple's green curry sauce which made an "Awesome Dinner". She used a combination of Red & Yellow peppers, firm tofu and of course the green curry sauce. Served up with Thai Rice noodles and dinner was served. Maggie's only disappointment... THERE WERE NO LEFTOVERS!!!
