The first episode of our new cooking series feature CurrySimple founder Mikey Moran (me) cooking a Thai chicken coconut soup in my mom's kitchen. I am using our coconut soup concentrate that is made in Thailand and loaded with lemongrass and other healthy Thai herbs. As you will notice in the video below I am not too familiar with cooking in my mom's kitchen so I was not exactly sure where everything was. It added to the fun of the video. It took just under 8 minutes to make the soup and less than that to slurp it up!

Have you tried making Pad Thai at home? It is really not as hard as most people think. CurrySimple makes it easy with our Pad Thai sauce that has all the necessary ingredients inside. It is as simple as cooking your egg and chicken... adding the noodles and Pad Thai sauce... garnish with sprouts, green onions and peanuts. It takes less than 10 minutes to make a restaurant style Pad Thai at home!

Shrimp Panang Curry Recipe with a touch of peanut butter!

This might be our most popular red curry sauce recipe to date! The feedback we have had has been out of this world. We added a touch of peanut butter to the red curry sauce and just watched it infuse. You can use either smooth or chunky. I have not tried it with chunky peanut butter as of yet but if you do please comment on this post or video and let us know how it is. I am sure it will be a dinner party favorite. The addition of fresh basil give it a wonderful taste that will not be forgotten. Enjoy and enjoy often!

What to do with Turkey leftovers?
This is an easy and tasty solution to your turkey leftovers. We cooked up a yellow curry sauce with veggies and added the cooked turkey at the end. You can substitute the yellow curry for any of the other curry sauces. We just used some leftover fresh veggies that were in the refrigerator. A great way to clear out the fridge!

Lobster & Scallop Massaman Curry Recipe

A beautiful and tasty creation! This is a "top shelf" recipe that uses JUMBO sea scallops and a nice lobster tail. The preparation was quick and easy.
