    Lobster & Scallop Massaman Curry Recipe

    A beautiful and tasty creation! This is a "top shelf" recipe that uses JUMBO sea scallops and a nice lobster tail. The preparation was quick and easy. The massaman curry sauce complimented the protein and vegetables perfectly.
