    Chicken Coconut Soup Chicken Video Recipe

    Watch how easy it is to make a Chicken Coconut soup! We are using CurrySimple's Coconut Soup concentrate that is made in Thailand. I like to call it a "Lemongrass Coconut Soup" because it is loaded with lemongrass! It makes such a tasty soup. This recipe uses chicken but can easily be made with shrimp or tofu. Enjoy!
