This was a FANTASTIC lunch! Light, full of protein and very healthy. Actually it is virtually FAT FREE. We grilled 2 Tilapia fillets, topped with CurrySimple's Mango Sauce, peppers and garnished with pineapple.

Norwegian Salmon Recipe

We just posted this great tasting recipe that uses a fillet of Norwegian Salmon, topped with Chilli Lime Sauce and served over asparagus. The Chilli Lime adds a nice spice to this mild flavored salmon.
